TADHANA's Founder & Perfumer, Shale Albao, is the trailblazer of Philippine Perfumery and a bold new voice of Asia on the global fragrance scene. She trained in the art of French Perfumery and Advanced Compositions at ISIPCA France and later continued her olfactive journey with the International Perfume Foundation (IPF) as a Certified Natural Perfumer.
Yet within the classics, her Asian roots beckoned a different narrative. TADHANA® blossomed from the desire to tell stories of Asia, while celebrating uncommon Asian and Philippine ingredients, making them heroes in the global perfumery stage. We bring local to global. All while creating scents that break molds, embrace the unusual, and proudly stand out.

Shale, our entrepreneur and ISIPCA-trained perfumer, pairs her chemistry background with an affinity for the uncommon, blending science and artistic epxression in the art of perfumery. Evgeny, the process designer and coffee aficionado, adds a dash of creativity and structure to the aromatic canvas.
